The Budget and ICT

The 2012/2013 Kenya budget saw the Energy, Infrastructure and ICT sector account for the highest allocation of the entire budget at 24 per cent of the total budgetary expenditure. In monetary terms, this equates to Ksh. 267.293 billion with the ICT subsector accounting for Ksh. 7.2 billion of the Energy, Infrastructure and ICT sector allocation.
